These terms are the agreement between you and Obsidn Ventures LLC for the Pulse app. By creating an account or using Pulse, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Pulse.
You must be at least 17 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Pulse is built for adults in nightlife settings.
There is zero tolerance on Pulse for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, invasive of someone's privacy, impersonating, illegal, or that sexualizes or endangers a minor. The full list is in our Content Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We remove violating content and terminate the accounts of users who post it or who abuse others. Reported content is reviewed and acted on, and we aim to act within 24 hours. Content that sexualizes or endangers a minor is removed, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver it to the people you shared it with, for as long as it exists on Pulse. Posts are ephemeral: they are removed from every surface 24 hours after you post them.
Every photo you post is checked automatically before it goes live, and may be held briefly while that check runs.
Every post can be reported from its "···" menu, and you can block any user at any time from their profile or from Settings → Blocked. Blocking is immediate and applies in both directions. If we act against your account, you can appeal from inside the app.
Don't spoof your location, manipulate wait times, scrape or overload the service, attempt to reach other people's data, or use Pulse to break the law.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account; this removes your profile, posts, connections, and uploaded media, and signs you out immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pulse is provided "as is". Wait times are crowd-sourced estimates, not guarantees, and venue details may be out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidn Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Pulse.
We'll revise these terms as Pulse evolves and update the date above. Continuing to use Pulse after a change means you accept it.
